No need on John’s part to plan for heirs if John or his alter ego, Alpha Ministry, never vacates the property. Neither is “he interested in developing some plan to continue Freedom ranch by generating enough money to pay the mortgage each month”. Would it not be better that the ranch generates income and let the ministry operate unimpeded? He has often talked about a “tent making” operation such as Paul used to support himself while spreading the gospel. That appears to me to be an excellence way to share Gods love; to have a secondary means of support so we could continue feeding and helping the hurting without fleecing them.
